DeHoff gundrilling and BTA/STS machines feature a durable, heavy-duty design that delivers unmatched performance. Each machine incorporates a cast iron drill head base with hardened and ground steel box ways, plus hand-scraped and fitted mating components (versus linear guide ways and milled surfaces). This results in superior vibration dampening and extended tool life.
Built-to-order
All DeHoff machines are built-to-order by Kays Engineering in our Marshall, Missouri facility. They feature standard elements, such as high-pressure coolant systems, computer controls, and full machine enclosures, but can also be customized to suit your specific high-volume production application. We design and manufacture all sub-assemblies in-house to ensure superior machine quality, accuracy, and durability that lasts for decades.
